About the work

I've spent most of my adult life in rooms with high-performing people. I kept noticing the distance between who they were and how they were showing up — not their accomplishments. I became a coach to close that distance. With them. From the inside.

I'm not a consultant. I won't hand you a plan and call it coaching. I sit with you in the hard questions and help you find your own answer.

I came to formal coach training after years of doing this work. The structure added precision to what was already there. The practice came first — and that order shows up in how it runs.

I work with a select number of clients at a time. I keep it that way on purpose. This kind of work needs attention, not a system that scales.

He knew exactly who he was.
He couldn't seem to show up that way.

Andrew arrived with a philosophy already fully formed. He was a chiropractor eight months into his own practice, with a young family depending entirely on what he could build. He could articulate his mission with striking clarity: ease human suffering, fight for the people medicine was failing. Love and serve. He believed it completely.

He couldn't walk into a patient's second visit and talk about money. He knew his work was worth what he charged. He knew the care plan conversation was the right thing for the patient. He knew. The moment arrived. He went quiet. His wife needed him to be certain. His office-sharing partner was now a competitor. He was alone with a very loud interior life and a practice that was failing quietly. He had no one who could hear the real truth.

The coaching didn't give him new information. He didn't need information — he had a philosophy better-formed than most practitioners twice his age. It gave him a space where the honest exchange could finally happen. Where he could say: I know who I am, and I can't seem to show up that way. Where he could finally hear the answer he already had.

Within weeks, the care plan conversation stopped being a negotiation and became an act of service. Patients responded — not because the words changed, but because the person delivering them had. By November, three months in, he had gone from six patients a week to fifty-five, crossed $24,000 in a single month, and was fielding referrals from Texas and Hawaii. By March he was signing the lease on his own practice.

Andrew's relationship with the gap changed. Once that closed, everything else followed.

Thirteen years later, Red Mountain Natural Medicine is a multi-physician integrative clinic. His wife is on staff. He has published a book. He runs a coaching program for other practitioners. A patient who first came in 2012 is still there. The transformation held.
